Purpose:

Scope:
This policy applies to all employment practices and activities, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, discipline, and termination.
Responsibilities:

Leadership: Ensure that the EEO policy is communicated and enforced throughout the organization.

Human Resources: Oversee the implementation of the EEO policy, provide training to staff, and handle complaints or concerns regarding discrimination or harassment.

Employees: Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment and report any violations of this policy.
Complaint Procedure:
Employees and applicants who believe they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should report their concerns to the Chief Executive Officer (as the Interim HR Manager) promptly. Complaints will be handled with confidentiality and investigated thoroughly. No retaliation will be taken against anyone who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation.
Training:
Queen City Robotics Alliance will provide ongoing training for all employees and volunteers on diversity, inclusion, and the importance of EEO principles.
Compliance:
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity.
